2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload images that contain illegal content or infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Use the service to generate content that is harmful, hateful, or deceptive
- Share your account credentials with others
3. Credits and Payments
Credits are required to generate images. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those images solely to deliver the service. You own the AI-generated outputs produced from your uploads, subject to any restrictions imposed by our AI processing provider.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific artistic results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESUYO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
