What data we store
When you use ESUYO Image Studio — including when you sign in via a third-party provider such as Facebook — we may store the following information associated with your account:
- Your name and email address provided by the sign-in provider
- A profile picture URL (if supplied by the sign-in provider)
- Your image generation history and downloaded files
- Credit purchase records
- Session tokens (automatically expired on sign-out)
How to request deletion
You can request that all personal data associated with your account be permanently deleted from our systems at any time. To do so, please contact us using this form.
Please include the email address linked to your account so we can locate and delete your records. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to the email address you provide.
What happens after deletion
Once your data is deleted you will no longer be able to sign in or access any previously generated images. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Payment and billing records are retained as required by law for tax and accounting compliance. These records are anonymised upon account deletion (your personal details are removed) and will be securely deleted once the retention period expires.
